As a business coach and mentor I am in the enviable position of helping people align their natural talents, abilities and skills to the business they are in and the way they carry it out. I had never realised how important the level of kinaesthesia in individuals was in terms of their success, until mounting anecdotal evidence demonstrated that in a whole range of sectors and environments, this level of feeling and touching had a direct relationship with their success.

 

No doubt what we have just witnessed in the US is a clear signal that “times are a changing”, as if we didn’t already know it. The world as we knew it is going from what we knew to what we don’t know and CHANGE on massive scale is taking place, more than we have ever seen. Obama is the visualisation of the start of a ground swell that is a long time coming. He is the epicentre of the beginning and it is all about Change. Old style establishment is out and the New style Emotional Revolution is in.
