Starting off as a Mechanical Engineer, I have spent lots of time managing factories and businesses, working in the UK and Brasil. I have done lots of everything started and expanded our own corporate clothing business in the Midlands, doing exhibitions, writing business plans, balancing budgets, creating cash flows, attending meetings, interviewing and being interviewed, studying for an MBA, seeing bank managers, taking out mortgages for our business, trying to understand the language of accountants and solicitors.. and that was just on Monday! So like you have had lots of experience of life and all this helps when I am coaching and mentoring.

I started coaching eight years ago, after I sold our clothing business and as part of my ongoing self-development programme I studied as a Master NLP Practitioner, done lots of Profiling Training in Motivational, Behavioural and Communication skill assessment certification.
