So what’s involved in a "try before you Buy" session..?
Quite simply, we meet up for a chat to find out about each other. I will tell you a little about the coaching process and you will tell me what you’d like to achieve. During the chat, which usually lasts about an hour, we will be able to establish whether there is a basis for an ongoing, trusting, coaching relationship.
Finally, we decide when we can start the programme of executive coaching. This initial discovery session is completely free – so you really do have nothing to lose and everything to gain….
